Omni Vision Warranty Information
All Omni Vision products are designed and assembled in the U.S.A.
Omni Vision products come with a one-year warranty. An extended three-year warranty can be purchased.
Omni Vision products include a date code label. Removing of the label results in void of product warranty. Our one-year warrany is honored from the date of purchase.
Repairs can still be performed after the warranty has expired. Call the office for RMA information. Fees apply to analyze the unit plus cost of parts. Repaired products have a three-month warranty.
Warranty is void if monitors show evidence that they have been modified or abused by the customer.
Omni Vision uses only new and not refurbished parts to repair our monitors. If unit's warranty is valid, we will return shipping UPS at Omni Vision's expense. If unit's warrant is invalid, the customer pays shipping at their own expense.
